Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the original scheduled appointment will result in a charge that is 50% of the service(s) reserved. If you do not arrive at the salon within 20 minutes of your appointment time you will be charged 50% of the service(s) scheduled, regardless of confirmation status. The card on file given at the time of reservation will be charged the cancellation/no show fee.

There are no refunds for services. We are happy to make adjustments in most circumstances. If it's a matter of not achieving desired level/lightness/blonde you will have to pay for another lightening session. We do not offer refunds for retail products.
