We require a credit card on file to reserve any appointment. We require 24 hours notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the original scheduled appointment will result in a charge that is 50% of the service(s) reserved. If you do not arrive at the salon within 20 minutes of your appointment time you will be charged 50% of the service(s) scheduled, regardless of confirmation status. The card on file given at the time of reservation will be charged the cancellation/no show fee.
We take pride in our work and quality products. Our licensed professionals follow manufacturer directions and industry standard practices. There are no refunds for services. We are happy to make adjustments in most circumstances. If it's a matter of not achieving desired level/lightness/blonde you will have to pay for another lightening session. We do not offer refunds for retail products. We are happy to exchange for another item, or offer store credit. All hair extensions or tool.
