"I've had my hair cut here twice and both have been excellent experiences. The first cut was with Lillie, it was "the big chop" for last summer. Today I asked Tami to trim my hair and bring the layers back to life. A wash is included (thank goodness, because today I probably had half of a can of dry shampoo in my roots.
